Challenge
Many learners struggle to structure responses to behavioral interview questions. Answers often lack clarity, focus, and measurable outcomes, making it difficult to communicate skills effectively.
Solution
I designed an instructional video that:
-
Explains the SOAR framework (Situation, Obstacle, Action, Result)
-
Demonstrates how to apply it using practical examples
-
Uses simple visuals and clear narration to support understanding and recall
Results
The final video serves as a reusable learning resource that helps learners communicate experiences more effectively in interviews and professional settings.
