ABOUT ME
.png)
I am a professionally trained science teacher with over six years of experience, now working at the intersection of education, design, and technology. My background in STEM education, combined with ongoing ILM Level 3 training in Leadership and Management, informs a design practice grounded in clarity, structure, and purposeful decision-making.
I am particularly passionate about developing instructional materials and presenting information in ways that support understanding, confidence, and meaningful learning. I approach design with the belief that well-designed learning experiences have the power to change individuals and, through them, positively influence organisations and businesses.

Grounded in Science and Learning
My background in science education shapes how I approach design.
It trained me to analyze problems carefully, think with precision, and use evidence to guide decisions.
These skills carry into my instructional design work, where I focus on understanding the problem first and creating clear, structured learning materials that make complex ideas accessible.

Leadership, Communication and Impact
Alongside my design work, I bring leadership and management experience that supports strong collaboration and accountability.
My ILM training strengthened my communication, prioritization, and confidence in presenting ideas.
I aim to create learning-driven experiences that empower users and support long-term organizational growth.

An Iterative and Adaptive Approach
I am an iterative designer who values continuous learning and improvement.
I actively explore new tools, technologies, and design approaches, and I adapt my process as projects evolve. I view feedback, reflection,
and refinement as essential steps in creating learning solutions that are effective, relevant, and responsive to user needs.
