Executive Summary
This STEM Instructional Learning Training (ILT) was developed to address low student engagement, limited attention spans, and teachers’ need for clearer guidance on integrating STEM across subjects. The program explains STEM in simple terms, provides real-world examples, and includes hands-on, collaborative activities to support practical classroom application. It is ready for implementation and is expected to increase teacher confidence while promoting more engaging and relevant learning experiences.

Challenge
Teachers reported low student engagement, short attention spans, and difficulty making content feel relevant. Many also needed clearer guidance on how to apply STEM beyond science and math classes.
