Executive Overview
This project addressed the challenges teachers faced in managing increasingly diverse classrooms with a wide range of student learning needs. Effective classroom management and engagement were being impacted by significant differences in student readiness levels and learning abilities.

To support teachers, I designed an eLearning course focused on differentiation strategies that help educators create inclusive, engaging learning environments. The course equips teachers with practical methods to adapt instruction and ensure all students can access and benefit from classroom learning.
ChallengeTeachers struggled to meet the needs of both high-achieving and lower-performing students, leading to reduced engagement and classroom management difficulties.
Solution
I developed an interactive course that:
-
Explains key differentiation principles
-
Demonstrates strategies for content, process, and product
-
Includes scenarios, examples, and practical tools for classroom use
Results
The eLearning course has been developed and prepared for implementation at John Gray High School. Once fully deployed, it is expected to increase teacher confidence in using differentiation strategies, improve classroom engagement, and support more inclusive learning experiences for students with diverse needs.
